We strive for customer satisfaction. If your book is damaged from shipping, please contact us within 10 days of the purchase date, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Returns and Refunds:
- Timeframe: We offer refunds within 10 days of the original purchase date.
- Conditions: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Exceptions: We do not offer refunds for digital products.

Physical Books: If you receive a damaged or defective physical book, please contact us within 10 days of receiving it.
Digital Books: Digital book returns are non-refundable and non-returnable once it has been downloaded or accessed.
